The Reality of Working woman

But being a woman is not as easy as it looks. A lot of patience needs to be observed in life. This is the game of balance. The job is not as easy as we think. She wakes up early with an alarm, prepares breakfast for the family, gets kids ready for school and after finishing her work she goes to work daily. Can you imagine her office life????? No, until, you have to face the same condition, she faces at her office.

At the office she has to be ready for complaints, dis-satisfaction of clients, have to make excuses for getting late. When she comes back, the family argues with a lady. "why are you late today", Husband. Don't do next time. You don't know, " I am hungry". Then kids came, "you are not good mom, we need food and you were busy at the office, having fun with friends,, Hey mom ! you are very "Mean", "Useless". This word (Mean) really hurts her inner soul more than any other thing.

Have you ever faced the exact situation? I know this the story of every home. Kids are not happy with family. The husband has no time to talk about that. He is busy with friend's get to gather parties or maybe some stress reason, he is not able to understand you. All people are creating problems but no one dares to solve that. Stress makes you more angry and aggressive. You release your frustration on kids.

But are they(kids) able to understand your problems? They also feel like an orphan that nobody is there for them to spend time. Your kids need your love and support. They start to spend time with phone tabs and make the wrong people their friends and been trapped by gangs at your own home.

How to imbalance your Responsibility

  • First, you need to set up a time table for your family.
  • Divide the work between members and engage each member with your activities.
  • Share your problems with family.
  • Make them aware of your pending works and activities too.
  • Be a role model and direct every member with your intelligence.
  • Make your kids independent so that they can do their tasks on their own.
  • After coming home from the office, ask your kids and Hubby about their day.
  • A one-time dinner must have with the family together and spend your time with family instead of gadgets, phones.
  • Weekend spend with family only. Play games with family. Stay away from the TV. Interact with real peoples near you.

Share your feelings with hubby. Talk about your problems. If we try to solve problems they will definitely solve. There is no problem which can't be solved. So try to solve things. The woman is educated and self-independent. She is not a maid. Respect woman and try to help in her works at home too. Get ready your kids and drop them to school. Share the work. Instead of arguing we need to appreciate the work that she is doing double duty at home and at the office too just for her love to a man. What she needs to marry and have kids?? she can also enjoy her life. But a woman left her own home, relatives and sometimes a career too for a man she loves. Respect your family. Respect their feelings too.
